What do we do
At the youth fire brigade (JF) Dollbergen, the focus is on well-founded training in fire-fighting technology and fun in leisure activities. With us, children and young people learn the techniques of firefighting and first aid, teamwork and new friends and much more!
We combine games, sports and fun with personal development and training to become responsible people.
There are many opportunities at JF-Dollbergen.
Training
In the youth groups, we prepare the young people in a playful way for the tasks in the emergency service. Whether it’s a fire attack, distribution of tasks or how to use firefighting equipment – the young people learn everything that a firefighter needs to know at the beginning. In addition, there are regular camps, excursions and other projects as part of youth work.
Leisure
Here the wealth of ideas of the youth groups decides. Whether it’s a camp, going to the cinema, group work, afternoon games – everything that’s fun.
Competitions
Who are the sportiest, smartest and fastest youth firefighters?
Regular competitions decide this question, in which youth groups from all over Lower Saxony compete against each other in the disciplines of sport, firefighting technology and knowledge. Of course, the Dollbergen youth fire brigade also competes here.
Practice hours
Our service takes place in the even-numbered calendar weeks on Fridays
(excluding summer, Christmas and public holidays)
at 4:30 p.m. at the Dollbergen fire brigade equipment house.
